Not sure where to post this, but please move if needed. Due to lots of health problems and medical bills I need to move some things, starting with three k98's, two barreled actions and one Gew to k98 conversion. I just don't know whether to part out the barreled actions or attempt to sell complete. Both actions are drilled and bolts don't match, but bores are excellent. One is a bcd 45, one is a dot 45, and the conversion is a Simson & Co, 1917 with faint markings, but all metal parts match, also with exc. bore. Any opinions?

Generally you will get more money parting things out but it also requires more time invested.

too bad neither is Oberndorf, i have a French-used stock waiting for something to fill it……..
but i’ll still look when you post them. (i’d be more interested in the actions WITH bolts than without, unless one just happens to be a better match than the mismatches i already have …….dot & sauer)

Been on the hunt for a BCD action with the sidewall drilled and tapped for an LSR mount I have. I’d hate to drill and tap an unmodified action.
