Data request - total production numbers for Gew98 for each arsenal and private firm

Guys this doesnt need to be exact but looking for the approximate total production numbers of the Gew98 up through 1918.
I need the breakdown by maker so any help is appreciated.

Working on a summary to be presented in Australia to the main police complex at the end of this week by a buddy.

I can derive most of the production numbers from the Storz book, but the totals for Danzig, Erfurt, and the Suhl consortium are lacking.

I gave it a shot years ago, based on Paul’s comments in various threads.

My estimates were 230k for Erfurt, 1.5 mln for Danzig, 1.5 mln for Spandau, 450k for Suhl.
To be taken with a bucket of salt.

My estimate for the total production was 7.4 mln.

Hey Bruce,

I think that's a reasonable stab at a total-- Simson probably closer to 150-175k, Consortium likely closer to 500k.

I'd throw Hannover assembllies on there too.... I would hazard a guess; maybe 100k assuming they didnt roll suffixes from 17-18. (a nice "i" block 1918 was posted recently here)

Maybe we just figure 7-7.5 million and call it a day?
