Very nice complete, it has a WaA76 on pistol? as the holster is diverted from Army contract evidently.
 
Then it should be fireproofed commerzially, as by other CZ27 marked with police Eagle /K. 155xxx have a czech Nitro lion 43 commerzial proof.

Do we know the production date?

Yes that is correct commerzial proofing for 1943, that i missed on Your pictures. It should be early 1943 as the 126xxx comm.E/K were N lion 42 proofed.
