another rifle to break down

I'm sure we all watch rifles on auction sites. I like to try and break down what I'm actually looking at but also seeing what things sell for. I'm sure many of us do the exact same thing. This particular one has a lot going on, mostly not good IMHO. Anyone like to break down what they see here?

Yugo waxy stock, mismatched, way overpriced but probably a shooter at $400.

Wrong front band, no DOT stamps on wood.

Wrong stock, mismatched hardware and the bolt handle looks humped.
