Ajack scope what do you think!

Hello,

now we see WHY the HT rings fit. this is a LT but they milled the bottom of the base to make a HT fit!!!?? WOW I thought the corners of the front base look to sharp for a HT but the rings and scope were 100% HT setup and if a complete base was present it would have not fit and why I didn't trust my gut and went with HT.

Interesting, the receiver is definately original sniper - note the silver solder below the front scope base on the receiver. They must have de-soldered and cut it to accept the HT scope. Rather unique, never seen such a thing before.

The barrel has been scrubbed beyond restoration. I'd replace it with an unmarked barrel, easier and faster.

Mystery solved.. You were right. Byf43 low -turret. I guess never underestimate the power of bubba. I guess either hog out the base it mill down the bottom of the ring to get a HT to fit in a LT base ??

I would make sure the caliber wasn't changed as well. A new barrel might be a better fix ? We shall see...
