I have alerts on my phone for eBay the SECOND it popped up I bought it. eBay is super scary for this sorta thing, may get a turd…but that’s the rules if you’re wanting to play this game.
Currently all I need is a DOW+ then off to get them all built

Nice - this was mine. Glad it went to someone who really wanted it. It's a beautiful scope and it was hard to let it go.
Deciding if I’m just going to split ring it or send it off to get proper rings but then it has to get reblued.
Who are you using as a builder? I have one that really only requires one more hole to be drilled for the LSR rail. Won't take much at all for someone that knows what they are doing. For some reason it only ever had 2 of the 3 holes drilled. Weird I know

Eric (Vaughn99 here) has said that sometimes he can ‘stretch’ the split rings just a bit. (within reason)
From experience, I highly recommend him.

Never heard of stretching split rings before though, think for the effort might as well just have closed ring properly reamed out version imo.
So confused. How are accumount split rings not the exact same as the accumount non-split rings?? Not understanding. How can non split rings fit but the other can’t

Your ajack HT scope should be around 27mm diameter. Accumounts makes theirs in 26.5mm. It will need to be reamed for the beefier scope.
Simpler and more stable conversion with a solid ring then their split 4 piece type.
Maybe accumounts might make you special set if you ask, but they always seemed grouchy in my experience.

thank you. I'll try to get in touch with him. I've got the rifle just sitting there waiting to be fired in the sniper config. I shot it with irons for groups and it was stacking holes. It's a BCD4 so going as "correct" as I can with the LSR build.
