That spacer block... just why?

Because someone made the scope mount arms too small. Check out, they are much lower than they should be. So someone thought fixing those with a spacer might be a good idea.

I failed to notice the seller posted another turd SS SSR at the very same time, this time starting at a penny. The stock DH on this one is especially bad, but yet again the whole thing is a steaming pile.
