1934 Banner Mauser that I would know more about

I own this 1934 Banner Mauser that I know nothing about other than they were supposedly made for civil service use (Treaty of Versailles). I know that it should be blued steel and someone parkerized this one. Maybe done after rifle was in US hands? or ? I once checked this rifle against this one: https://imageevent.com/badgerdog/ge...srwo1kzar1.goose?n=0&z=9&c=4&x=1&m=24&w=0&p=0
and the parts that my rifle had, all seemed to match except for the serial number of the bolt.

I would welcome any comments. I am posting a few photos, all that I still have but happy to take more if anyone has interest.IMG_2063.JPG

Serial number on the bolt handle does not match action. Appears to be C1 3 6 7 but the 3 appears to be double struck.
Everything but the bolt appears to match the serial number (or has last 2 digits)

The parkerized finish appears to be very old and its a mystery to me why anyone would destroy the beautiful blued finish that was on the rifle from the factory to put parkerized finish on this rifle. The bore looks very good, with nice rifling with very little pitting.
