    K43 w/questions

Probably the bolt assembly action housing.

    G41

That makes sense. Hope the sale goes well.

That, and I can't check my serial number listings for them to see what history there is of the rifle (if any). You never know what I came across in the past with some of these. Ask for help, which is fine, but help us out that track these. Give and take if you will.

How come the serial number is splotched out?

    G 43

I’ll send you a message for assistance.

    G43 3884 ac44 h

I know right. I look at my list of stuff and some of these things go back into the early ‘90’s. It just doesn’t feel it’s been that long.

No, I was updating my listings of these and I have this one in Espeholt’s listings and one other where in 2013 you simply reported it. I updated the listing with the matching parts you show. All is good.

We haven’t heard about this one since 2013.

    G 43

Could you advise the letter block of the rifle? Looks like a really nice one. The two side waffenampts are the final proof stamps for this rifle. Early Walther G.43’s had two, and then later Walther went to one side stamp. I think I have a G.43 that is pretty close in serial number to yours...

“The seller had no problem with me and my son completely disassembling and inspecting the rifle before striking a deal - any other response to that request would have caused me to keep walking.” Yep. 100% agree. No way I would put that much money on something and not know it’s right inside.

I must have missed this one at that show. I was walking around recording all of these that I could see. Was this one at the large dealer’s table, lower level, against the wall? I think I did miss one there as I was too interested in that man’s $16,000 sniper rig (with non-matching mount).

    Mauser byf44 P38 Rig

No, my b block is all blued. I found it by accident at a Tulsa gun show in 2019, way in a corner table near the wall of the building. A really young guy who had just gotten his FFL had it on his table. Mine is #3821b.

    Mauser byf44 P38 Rig

Yep, right before the phosphate finished guns. The grip strap wear is from handling. It happens. Nice rig for sure. I have a later b block byf44.

    Radom twins

Yep, I’d love to see another set of these. There’s always that possibility another set will show up. I’ve never seen one thus far. To do another set that doesn’t already exist, a person would need to maintain a list of these pistols. Start cross referencing serial numbers. One day another...

PP and Mauser 1934 mags with factory errors

Sounds like a good theory to me.

    10th Mountain Bringback DUV44 G43

Well that’s just about as nice as it can get. I own a K.43 ac45 no letter block rifle with a tattered capture paper. Not many exist with capture papers.

PP and Mauser 1934 mags with factory errors

Yep, both Mauser 1934 mags have the floor plate logo “Mauser” stamped on them. One other person has suggested a left handed shooter may have ordered this mag. But, the holes are lower on the mag body as well.

PP and Mauser 1934 mags with factory errors

Hello, I got these mags at the Tulsa gun show this weekend. I have a small collection of Mauser and Walther PP mags going. When I got these, I did not instantly know one mag of each of the PP and 1934’s had factory errors. Once I started looking at them, I noticed it. The sellers didn’t know...
