Speaking as a non expert... I don't like the wear patterns near the mounts and on the scope they feel somewhat artificial to the eye, almost looks like a brillo pad was used to make everything look like it was matched together. That being said it would make a lovely reenactor piece. I think...

I agree that is an IOR scope and the overall features of the rifle are consistent with a vz24!

I just noticed mine lacks the tiny screw in the side of the dial yours has, possibly a military contract addition? My scope is 701XX serial range, so not terribly far away from yours
