ZF41 Scope Cans

[Hercules]

Here is an early green can with leather strap and a couple of late tan cans. I think they are legit and nice German WWII cans. They have been acquired over the last 10 years of looking. Here is my matching scope can already posted at this link:

No I don't think so. But, I have not bent it that far out of position.

I always thought so. It did not come with a scope. The can was empty when I bought it. I have seen other renumbered scope parts as well. It is the only leather strapped can I have seen for sale, so I have no comparison for it. I would say it has been re-used for a different scope. At least it is interesting I would say.

Looks like a nice can Jeff. I like the brush in red as well. Both of mine are green.

Those cans are in excellent condition. Some of the best I have seen.

IIRR early cans with leather belt loop never have the jvb code. Only WaA and the "WM" in square.

IIRR early cans with leather belt loop never have the jvb code. Only WaA and the "WM" in square.
WM = Wessel & Müller Luckenwalde = jvb

All I see is a WaA so far. Please explain what you mean by WM in square? Is it a mark on can?
