Happy to join the "revolution" here.
The only rework in my modest Luger collection. I bought it close to 10 years ago.
This one is an police rework built off a 1917 Erfurt. Probably saw a couple refurbs over the years. The 1920 property mark is present-- Based on my conversations, this one probably was in military hands and was transferred to the police sometime after 1937-- this has the sear safety, but not the magazine safety (which was discontinued in 1937). Mag is mismatch.
The barrel is one of the coolest features-- it's both commercially and Bavarian marked. My best guess is interwar, but I could be wrong.
Anyway, a neat Luger and in great shape other than the "million dollar chip" on the grip.
I'd welcome any commentary.
