Here's one of my WWII PP's rigged with a Waa14 code holster. The picture is hard to see, but it is a Waa14 code which is Armeemarinehaus, Inhaber DeutscherOffizier-Verein , Berlin-Charlottenburg Hardenbergstrasse 24 according to Eugene Bender's book. I have never encountered one of these before in a PP holster and found it mismarked as Waa19 code by the seller.
Does anyone else here have any holsters by Armeemarinehaus?

I imagine a few codes were used over by different manufacturers on various types of equipment as your first chart shows, gas mask filters etc, but I'm referencing specifically to holsters as described in Eugene Bender's Book. Interesting.
With all the letter and number combos possible, you'd think they could come up with enough codes as not to duplicate.

The stamps were issued to inspector units, not the factory. It just so happens that some units only handled some factories. Others would inspect from multiple factories.
