Picked this one up a while back but never got around to posting it.

Beautiful pistol mauser. Is that considered a "low grip screw model" by the way? My book states that serial nos. start at 700,000 and there were less than 2,000 of the low screw grip ones produced making this variation rare. I see the wartime Nazi navy ones were proofed on left side of trigger guard. Great looking pistol for sure.
