Terd Byf 43 sniper or legit?

Saw this Byf 43 posted on GB, can confirm of this is a terd? I don’t have a good feeling about it..

Upper band looks like original s/n ground off and re-done. Upper band and optic base have the same font, upper and lower pieces of the optic mount are different font. Base appears to be mounted at an upward angle. Finish wear between rifle, optic, and mount don't make sense. I don't think Oberndorf made SSR rifles?

I'm far from a SSR expert, but this looks super funky to me.

Its a TURD , SSR Mount & Base are Repro .
