Good Afternoon,

Back from the range here in Miami and the T-Gewehr is running smooth. At 100yards, I did my best shooting since owning the rifle. With 20/21 first-pull ignitions, very happy with the 50BMG cases and my modified bolt head/extractor. Randy

For the record, I am now 12hrs since shooting the T-Gewehr and my shoulder is still fine. However, the headache I had this morning did last for about 4hrs! Randy

Anyone at the range happen to notice anything out of the ordinary at your bench?

No. Same bench (#12), same chair, same technique. Might have just exacerbated a cold. Yes, we do get those in 80F Florida winters. Randy

Good Morning,

As much fun as it is to fire the top of my bucket list, it does create a major copper issue. As you can imagine, I am pushing an almost 900gr chunk of CU down a very long barrel. Normally, I do not need the help of strong chemicals in my Milsurps. However, I needed a good dose of X-Treme Copper Killer to get it all out. A major PIA but worth it to fire a T-Gewehr. Yes, I use my muzzleloading cleaning rods for the beast! Randy
