Very nice and original S42 of the rare First Model. This was the trial model and only made in very small numbers. Quite hard to find. It also appears to have the original First Model tool insert. Would need to see better pics of the tool to say for sure. It could also be a Second Model tool; again can't tell from the pics. The Production or Second Model S42 has a simplified "tilting latch" assembly and different grip rivet placement amongst several other minor changes. Original S42 of either model are very scarce and desirable. Great find, thanks for posting .....
