Scope purchase EBay from over seas sellers

Has any one had any issues purchasing scopes off of EBay from some of those over seas sellers.
I am thinking on pursuing one and would like to hear your opinion. Any help/ info would be appreciated!

I haven't bought anything from overseas on ebay for some time. 1st/ check the feedback. Second make sure the item isnt fake. Lots off fakes coming out of eastern Europe buyer beware !!
