Unusual 'S' shield decal on center helmet. It looks like a medium-duty M34 style helmet, two field policemen to either side wearing standard helmets. Possibly a para-military attached to a combat police unit.
This same insignia is found in 'German Helmets 1933-1945' by Goodapple, p.143 lower right.
