Yes looks like a nice S/176 from 1936, possible the grips were stamped by refurbishment, not typical to see a outside assembly marking. Interestingly the frog is same name as well known edge weapons maker of Solingen Lunneschloss.
I thought "52" was not assembly markings, but the last two digits of the serial number.
