I should have specified this in my original post where I said I was interested, I would like a book as well
 
Ok I have processed the order for 200 and waiting on proof submittal.
Delivery is expected by late April and will update that as soon as proofs clear and I have firm delivery date.

To all who have reserved a copy will begin a new thread on payment when the books have actually shipped from the printer.
