Noob Question: identifying a real K98 sniper?

Honestly, the title. I’ve always wanted to maybe get one, but with the slew of fakes and trolls out there, I wonder where one would truly be.

Would love some knowledge to know what to look for, and if there’s a guide on here I’ve yet to find it… or I’m blind lol.
