New to me High power

Bumped into this locally and it followed me home. Frame and barrel match but slide is 12 digits off in the same letter block. Any chance it left the factory that way? Unfortunately it was stored in the holster. On the way home I was shaking out the holster and paper scraps fell out of the spare mag pouch. I think it may be what’s left of capture papers. Any thoughts?

Man I am struggling to post photos. It says file is too large. Anyone have experience with this?

Maxipum, you'll need to reduce the pics a bit. There were only two letter blocks, a and b. If it's late, a b, it's possible that it was an assembly error. It could have happened during cleaning later too.
