Need help with late war K98 Sling

Hello all.

I have been in search for a late war sling to replace the repo sling on my BYF 45 K98. I'm not clued up on K98 slings and want to know what to look for. Markings, materials used ect. Any help would be much appreciated!

A quick forum search or the Picture Reference Index section is a good place to start. As an example this thread:

Wanted to show off a new fuq 1944 sling I got, along with my bla 1944 and skl 45 slings. All are in the best condition I could find and are my "first string" slings. I have only these 3, but they are very hard to find in this condition. Gerard
