Nazi eagle can, what is it?

Hello, i got a group of ww2 items and there was this can in it, but I couldn't find anything about it. Does someone know what is it? And what it was used for? Thanks!!

looks like a biscuit tin or similar. the eagle/swaz was added looks very amateurish.

Looks like a fantasy piece to me. Perhaps to store a small roll of Notzee toilet paper?
