One of My SOS pick up Byf45 all matching, Bought on Wednesday morning. Some chatter on the wood, Receiver metal is chattered to, Can see in photo. Very happy with it. It is all so duffle cut and fixed. Totally not dicked with. Some dry cracks by the eagle 135 on side of stock. Bolt is phosphate , and bands, Receiver is blued. Trigger guard an floor plate are all so phosphate. This is a keeper, Sling is all so marked. Thats a plus. Had to go through a FFl holder. Was a long wait. But it was worth it.

Very nice rifle, congrats! Is it just me or is the receiver code and date off to the left of center? I can’t recall seeing that before, Interesting variation!

Really nice. I like the late MO guns with blued receivers - they make a nice contrast to the smaller phosphate parts. And yes the receiver looks a bit off center! I’ve got a late Steyr like that too. Little quirks like that make it all the more interesting.

Yes bruce. You are a hog . And so is the mauser mafia. It's hard to beat you guys at picking up nice k98 rifles. But I did get 2 rifles. The other one you did not see. Lol
