Just receveid my last found, a very nice ES350 second type post 1930, #130756, the model before the well known ES350B.

You scored again Tiger.

I am curious about the screw on receiver top right front?

As I have never had my hands on one don't know what to make of it?

I do note that the dealer was a "Buchsen Macher" and perhaps that screw was added by him as a stop for some type of scope mount.

I willl be anxious to hear Mr. Speed's opinion on that.

I agree - it is a small screw to block anything, a scope or may be the rearsight
