Though finish looks speckled and worn, it appears to be a solid pistol. Two additional things to check if you get to put your hands on it are the extractor claw (ensure it is not broken) and after cocking the hammer, taking a pen or pencil to push the firing pin forward (observe if the tip is intact as it sticks out of the slide breach). As for the price, if everything else checks out, don't think you could go wrong (based on what I see people asking for similar pistols).
