I have recently purchased a k98 byf 42 on gun broker. I am looking for as much info as possible. Please see pictures. Thank you in advanced. Please be honest.

Rifle is a total fake - barrel and receiver are real, the rest is totally renumbered. Pretty sure that every rifle he sells is humped up to some degree.

Agreed. Another site tracks live auctions and his pieces get ripped to shreds. Bad stuff.

Truth. Better to take the 'non-payer' hit on GB and then at least if he posts a negative comment you can rebut that. Going forward it's better to ask first.

The barrel and receiver are the same rifle you just "purchased". This confirms bolt and bands are entirely re-numbed. I would take the GB hit and move on.

I messaged the seller and said I will not be paying for it but thanks

Around one year ago a naked barreled receiver "duv 42" got sold on Gun Broker, a few months later a seller was offering the same rifle. A miracle happened, suddenly the rifle was complete and matching in all numbers. Look on the seller name in the pics, then you know why I post the Berlin-Lübecker K98k.
