Looking at it, it appears to be pieced together. The "1942" and "WaA103" markings look humped. Could even be a GP.35 holster made for a wartime commercial German GP.35, which makes it a rare holster that some idiot ruined with fake stamps. It looks pieced together from leather holster scraps, but done so properly. I'd say the odds are that it is a postwar made occupation holster by a local leather works, as stamped.
