Is this a real sniper?

Was on Gunbroker and saw this. Been trying to determine if it's real since you can make a well-done fake (we've all seen it).

Would appreciate any input. More so curious at how to spot fakes easily, and if this is one, what did I miss? I could not find anything glaring besides non-numbered parts, and the rail and rifle serials not matching (if that's a big deal even).

isn’t this the notorious “buckeye” we keep reading about here re humped rifles?

why is he showing us the bolt knob in pic 30/46? neither bcd nor jps typically placed inspection marks there. & ‘medical can’ is just a diversion, unrelated to the rifle, makes me even more suspicious…….
