In need of info on ZFK 43/1 scope

I have this scope that my grandfather had picked up from the war or atleast that is what I’m told. I just think its pretty neat and am interested in any info I could get on the scope. S/N: 908860

Yes I can still see through it perfectly and the zoom works

You have one of the rare ZFK43/1 scopes, made by Carl Zeiss. These are experimental scopes, only a handful are known.

I have an original mount for these scopes that I had posted here: https://www.k98kforum.com/threads/scope-mount-for-rln-zf-k43-1-scope.55934/ . The mount has to be lighly modified to accomodate the different design when comparing to the ZF4.

If you decide to part with it, please tell me. I am in search for one of those to put it on my original mount. Thanks!
