Hello,
Years ago I purchased a reproduction K-98 LSR sniper with a scope that had a "bek" stamp on the side of it. It is clearly a reproduction and the elevation adjustment is made by removing the cap and using a screwdriver to turn the screw. With each click the lens adjusts. I had heard at one point that the scope, mount and base were Iron Elite products.
Recently I purchased a similar scope with a "bmj" stamp on the side of it. The serial number is the same as the "bek" marked scope and the cap is removable for the elevation adjustment also. I had heard that these Iron Elite scopes (if that is what these are) were quite pricey when they were available. It seems like they are both very decent quality, far better than what I have heard about the RSM and Ukrainian zf-39 reproduction scopes. Any insight as to the origin of these scopes? Value? I have attempted to contact the only address I could find for Iron Elite and never got a reply. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
