Help with reproduction scopes

Hello,

Years ago I purchased a reproduction K-98 LSR sniper with a scope that had a "bek" stamp on the side of it. It is clearly a reproduction and the elevation adjustment is made by removing the cap and using a screwdriver to turn the screw. With each click the lens adjusts. I had heard at one point that the scope, mount and base were Iron Elite products.
Recently I purchased a similar scope with a "bmj" stamp on the side of it. The serial number is the same as the "bek" marked scope and the cap is removable for the elevation adjustment also. I had heard that these Iron Elite scopes (if that is what these are) were quite pricey when they were available. It seems like they are both very decent quality, far better than what I have heard about the RSM and Ukrainian zf-39 reproduction scopes. Any insight as to the origin of these scopes? Value? I have attempted to contact the only address I could find for Iron Elite and never got a reply. Thoughts?

Thanks in advance!
-Brian

These Scopes were in fact made by Bob Krenzel who owned Iron Elite .The last email address I had for Bob was (Prodesign1@msn.com) . If I recall he was selling these Scopes for around $800 to $1000 . Best Regards

Thanks Dave! I was hoping to get a confirmation on what I was thinking they were. I appreciate it!

I have to say , Bob Krenzel put great care into reproducing these Scopes and IMO they are the easy for a collector to differentiate these repro`s from original scopes when in hand . Mainly because of the 1/4" MOA Adjustment under the Fake Meter Dial which is only a Cover that resembles a meter dial . Best Regards .
