I'll say!! Super re-blued and stock sanded to shite. Hard to believe some post this stuff but know the unwary will often grab it up especially these days.

Notice that there are no photos showing the entire rifle or even the sides of the buttstock. I'm guessing it is an Israeli postwar stock, but who knows. Just wrong. Way wrong.
I have a repro beech stock set I bought on ebay several years ago that looks very similar to what is shown in the pics. Solid beech, mine was made for a single ‘spike’ style front band spring (like a Vz24) & subsequently modified for K98k style spring by (badly) cutting a longer groove. has no TD disc or hole in regular location, or in the toe of the butt,(cupped plate) is NDFCR, no markings anywhere, I believe is commercial repro of something, not nore than 15-20 years old by the surface condition. (very clean, but not ‘cleaned’) Mine hasn’t ever had an action installed, just pulled it out this week to consider using on a shooter project. I like the finger grooves!
