Based on the condition, I have to wonder if it came from the same hoard as the large number of flap style RBN holsters that came in a year or so ago, also police holsters.

Ive got one of these, can confirm it came from the Ukraine. Mines super nice like this one.

I had a softshell version of one of these with the same markings and I sold it thinking it was postwar because the bird didn't have a "swatsticker" in the circle. Just like Franchi's chicken.
