This is a rare one; Overhoff & Co. Ludenscheid 1941, also maker of belts.
BEWARE: many fakes out there.
BTW: the edge cut on this one is a little funky. I do not have a photo of the entire buckle/stitching either. It is on Helmet Weitze.
