Definitely a Russian Capture with mixed and refinished parts. dou 43 receiver made in Bystritz, Chechoslovakia 1943. The stock is from an earlier rifle sometime in the late 30's to 1940 ish.

It's not Russian matched? Are any of the parts electro pencil numbered?
Don't know about OP's but there's a ton of variation in RC's. Some have EP's, some don't. Some have the original bolt number ground, some don't. Some have this really garbage looking finish, some have a quite pleasant, even, durable black (looks like OP's is like that). Some have the capture X, some don't. Some had the swastikas defaced, some didn't.

That's common knowledge. I've had several.
But- I don't recall having seen a RC whose buttstock renumbering didn't match the receiver serial. Think someone assembled it stateside?
