Final Mauser 1936 P.08 Produced?

Still lists #4500 p as the final number for 1936 P.08s produced at Mauser but I have #5300 p. Curiously, my earliest 1937 MO produced P.08 is numbered 5607 p, so they make a good pair. The '36 is all matching including the mag and the '37 is all matching except the mag. Finishes are high percentage original rust blue and straw. Does anyone have a MO 1936 with a higher serial than mine?

Yes could be but i’d be great if you posted pictures

one must remember these serial lists are only as good as what's reported. There is no real way to know what was the last example made unless you had the List from MO.
lets see these things/////

Will Email pics to anyone interested. Definitely a lot of conjecture on MO serials. I was told long ago that the French destroyed the records.
