Early DOW Objective Focus Scope Reticle Question

Has anyone ever seen this reticle on an early DOW scope with the objective focus? I've never even seen this retcle before and thought all the DOW scopes with the large center knurled elevation adjustment ring had the standard #1 German reticle but I'm not too familiar with the earlier model. The scope itself looks like a military version marked DOW + and is serial numbered on the side of the tube by the center knurled adjustment ring.

Thanks

For what I remember the scopes have painted reticles. Therefore over the years they often disappeared. Hence many were replaced with normal reticles, and you could find whatever they thought would be good to go.

Never seen this style reticle before on a Early Dow . There have been cross hair examples reported before that I am aware of same as the Cad in 46000 range with cross air reticle .

Forgot to mention: the Kahles ZF69 Austrian Army sniper scope for the Steyr SSG69 has a very similar reticle.

Very interesting… that’s almost the same odd reticle. Just not sure what to make of it. Post war replacement or just an anomaly?
