dou. 42 Matching.

A new addition to me of an all matching dou. 42 minus the front sight hood, which I added. It was previously covered in old grease and grime but cleaned up well. I believe the front sight blade is original, just knocked to the right. Hard to find matching dou. 42 rifles. Nice to see it with an “H” front band.

Great rifle! Not seeing much beyond 44 dated anything these days in the wild.

Nice rifle and a hard to find one at that too! Anything '42 dated is a treat since the vast majority seem to have gone to the Ostfront and disappeared. Really wish I had your luck in finding rifles like that!
