Missing some rules. Violation of an individual's rights should be followed by a greater punishment to the violator. How else to keep in check?
Typically, I don't see this happening...Hillary.

Democracy is mob rule like 3 wolves and 1 chicken voting on whats for supper.

And a Republic is like the wolves and the chicken electing representatives. Then somehow they have to get the representatives to make chicken-eating illegal.
