CZ38 P39(t) holster comparison

Here is a comparison of 3 hard shell holsters I have. At first glance they all look like typical p38 holsters but 2 of these have some fascinating details within them! From left to right is a p38 hardshell, DLWP 1940 CZ38 holster with P39(t) ink stamped on the inside flap, unmarked unstamped CZ38 holster. How can I tell the last holster is a CZ38 you may ask? After a comparison with the marked holster and another example 2 distinguishing features exist on the CZ38 holster. One is 4 slits on the inside back of the holster it is unknown to me why these are here but they have been on all examples I’ve seen and handled. The second is on most examples there is a spacer in the magazine pouch. My DLWP example does not seem to have this but the unmarked variation does. In regards to the unmarked variation it is unknown to me the origin or year of manufacture. Possibly a holster sent to an ally of Germany or maybe early or late manufacture. Any info please let me know. Also any other defining features or overall examples of these holsters would be appreciated in the comments.
Thank you all!

My recollection with the P39(t) holsters are from back in the 1970s/80s. During the 70s I was primarily interested in Polish P35s, other German auto pistols and things like holsters for same. I remember on more than one occasion picking up a nice P38 hardshell with early date for sale on a table... but upon closer examination seeing the inked "P39(t)" marking inside the lid and the tell-tale leather spacer in the mag pouch. This dashed my hopes for $35., I was going to score a very early P38 holster, so walked away. Back then, nobody wanted these holsters and they were very hard to get rid of unless someone bought one because they didn't know. Of course times have changed, and just about anything in collector-grade condition is desirable. As for the variant w/o spacer, this is where someone might make a mistake because the mag pouch now accommodates a P38 mag as well. I heard it said some unscrupulous collector-types were known to get rid of the spacer and eradicate the P39(t) markings quite craftily, in order to try and pass said holster off as a '40 dated P38 issued one.
