Could someone tell me about this K98 BCD 4 Sniper Rifle

Hoping to obtain some information about this particular rifle. These pictures are all that I currently have for now……. The bolt is matching and the rifle is a BCD 4…scope is marked CAD, again these are all the pictures I have and I hope they’ll be enough to get a general idea of what it is, is it correct, and it’s worth. Thanks in advance for your help.

where the heck are you, Burning Man?
it may look different in hand, but the photos make the stock appear refinished. Not ruined, but not untouched. Nothing else jumps out as not right for a bcd 4, I’ll defer to the experts here on its ‘sniperness’.

It’s a Sauer LSR, not Gustloff. Looks good so far but would want to see some more pictures. I agree that the stock looks to have some issues.

You will need to get more detailed pics , the rifle is a BCD4 marked receiver but it is actually a Sauer LSR .
You need to get these pics showing detailed close ups of the serial numbers Stock and Hand Guard Bolt and Bolt components Stock Proof marks scope Mount , Front & Rear Bands , Floor Plate and Butt Plate . If I forgot anything other will surely mention whats missing .
What is the asking price ????

Price depends on many factors best to wait for pics IMO
