Hello,
New member here. I'm going through some of my collection and I have the this scope:

C
Gerard

49135 marked on side of adjustment.

I have a tag on it with the following information- 'Dr. W Gerard scope, C Model, 4 1/2x , 3 post reticle'

Does anyone have any knowledge on this or can point me to any information?
When was it made? Military?

and of course- If possible- What is the approximate value of this?

Scope is Pre WW2 . Value would be $125 to $225 max . I will also point out it is missing the focus ring which certainly affects the value .
