Barnfind pair of dot44s

Hi,

With the recent arrival of an "ai" block dot44, i thought about sharing this pair with the forum.

I've had the "ap" block bnz41 for years (already has its thread here), the second one just came out of the closet (litteraly…) short days ago.
Both are fitted with their original slings, sight hoods, and cleaning rod on the "ai" ("ap" one has a repro rod)
Unfortunately both are mismatched as the bnz41 "ap" block has a M/M firing pin nut, and the "ai" a m/m floorplate. Interestingly both mm parts bear correct dot44 stampings.

Fun fact, these rifles come from 2 separate villages in Eastern France, only distant by a 10 minutes drive. ;)

Have fun spotting all minor and obvious differencies between them !

Super cool to see a bnz receiver used by Brünn! Thank you for sharing it!

Edit: took me until now to realize the receiver atop doesn't even have the Mod. 98 designation on the side wall.
