Argentinian Trainer.
The rifle FM "Isleña" was manufactured in Argentina by "Military Factory" at the end of the decade of the '60s and '70s along with other two models (Sport and Competicion), who shared his action, under license from Beretta, Italy .
Its action mechanisms and derives from the Italian models (Olimpia, Sport, Super Sport) and these in turn on the model of pre-war German Walther Model 1 and 2.
These carbines FM "Isleña" were provided to the Military College, Army, Navy and Air Force, besides being provided with all Shooting Club (Tiro Federal Argentino around the country). Were in service for many years, teaching military and civilian shooters. For its excellent construction and operation, FM launched a civil model of military differed by some details (such as rail to place your scope, not owned in your butt, or the angle of the metal, or the hole in the carrier straps) with great success sales.
His gun was constructed with the finest steel and hammered in the cold, semi-orthoptics has looks a lot like the .30 M1 carbine, chargers 5 and 10 shots, walnut stock oil, metal butt plate. Adjustable trigger.

that carbine is a hell of a gun ! i have shot many of them at our college matches back in 1980 , we used to give a hard time to contenders wearing pro shooting gear and using "Anschutz bolt rifles...... i have bought a sport model some time ago but sold it for a profit a few months later ....i do still regret the sale of that wonderful piece that carried italian proofmarks .....
