Earlier this month I traded in my Prussian Customs marked 1915 Dreyse for this very early 1917 Imperial marked one. This was better match to my 1918 Imperial Sauer and 1915 Imperial Mauser (bring back). I also sold my 1937 M34 Beretta rig and got a very early 1917 Walther M4. Unfortunately the pics are too big on my phone to post; I’ll do that when I get home from work. Next month for my birthday I have on hold a bring back Belgian 1917 Bayard-Pieper Imperial proof under German occupation rig.
The question I have is the holster is maker marked to Dresden in 1918 and the Prussian eagle proof dates in/after June of 1918, but is the other holster stamp a unit mark, and if so what? L. Z. St. J. Fbg.
