1937 Oberndorf Mauser K98 S/42 Ammo + Value

Hey,

First time Mauser k98 owner.

I'm having some issues deciphering whether my rifle will fire JS ammo (sellier & ballot) or if it can only fire non JS ammo (Prvi Partizan)

It's a 1937 Oberndorf Mauser K98 S/42 with 702S marked on the breach.

Any help regarding the value of this rifle would be appreciated. See pic below. It's in vg working order + condition with dailytan 4X 33978 period scope (non matching serial), all other parts have matching serials etc.

Either privi or S&B 8x57 will work fine in a 98k.

I’ll let others comment on value. You’re going to need many more pics for anyone to comment intelligently.

Personally I would shoot the more accurate of the two.
