Here is a Police Butcher bayonet. My Question is the numbers and letters don't seem to match. Or I'm not seeing something. Did the Germans do this or is it humped up ? What do you guys think . I have more photos if you need them.

What was the last i code bayonet production letter block run. I have one numbered 7748 b . I'm sure there are later ones. And about how many where produced ? during 1941 when the changeover was made.

Well someone paid at least $1400.00 with fees. So he got bent over on the item. Being marked wrong.

Look for a jwh41. First year.Those are even tougher to fine matching and nice condition.even mismatched.
