I have just acquired a SS WW2 SS scrubbed Sniper rifle and I need to get the proper scope for it. Would this be the proper scope?

Has any one had any issues purchasing scopes off of EBay from some of those over seas sellers. I am thinking on pursuing one and would like to hear your opinion. Any help/ info would be appreciated!
